Need technical help or having a problem with your download? Email us at admin@AccentHelp.com. We try to check our emails often, but it may not be immediate, so pardon any delays!

If you need a download IMMEDIATELY and our response isn’t fast enough, you can purchase the download again – just let us know and we can process refunds for any duplicates. (This is appropriate if you realize you got your email wrong, or if there’s a delivery delay, such as with a Hotmail or AOL account – just send the new download to a different email address).

We handle almost everything via email, though sometimes we do call people if they’re having a technical issue to talk them through it. If you need phone assistance, please make sure you let us know what time zone you’re in and when the best times to reach you are. 

I'm typically based in the US Central time zone, where I teach in the BFA & MFA acting programs at the University of Houston, but during breaks I'm typically traveling to record accents or teaching each summer with the Prague Shakespeare Company.
